Store Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and quality service. The Store Supervisor will supervise store personnel, monitor sales and inventory, ensure compliance with company, and address operational concerns.

Qualifications

• College Graduate
• With At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, food service, or store operations
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of basic inventory, sales, cash handling, and store operations
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Can work effectively in fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to manage and motivate store personnel
• Can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
