Store Supervisor — Tenjin Teppanyaki Restaurant

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and create a friendly, positive first impression.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
• Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service throughout their dining experience.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and promptly address any concerns or service issues.
• Maintain high service standards by consistently following the 8 Steps of Excellence in accordance with QSC standards.
• Perform daily pre-opening and closing procedures in line with established SOPs.
• Ensure all service procedures and operational standards are consistently followed.
• Support the Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Managers, and Floor Managers in maintaining the restaurant’s operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate team members to achieve service and operational goals.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered and maintained.
• Help the team understand and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) that contribute to the restaurant’s overall success.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Oversee general housekeeping and assist with proper care and maintenance of restaurant equipment.
• Report for duty on time while maintaining proper uniform, personal grooming, and professional appearance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide efficient, consistent, and high-quality service.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
