Store Supervisor

About the role

As a Store Supervisor at Budi Feed Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store located in (Telok Gong) Port Klang, Selangor. This full-time position will see you leading a team of sales associates to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.

What you'll be doing

1. Operations Oversight: Directing daily activities such as loading/unloading, receiving, packing, and shipping goods to ensure efficiency.
2. Staff Management: Assign daily duties, build work schedules, train new hires, and monitor team performance, mentoring, scheduling, and evaluating warehouse personnel and

3.      Store Operations: Handle opening and closing duties, manage cash registers, and enforce safety rules.

1. Inventory Control: Maintaining accurate records, performing cycle counts, and resolving inventory discrepancies.
2. Safety & Compliance: Enforcing OSHA (or local equivalent) regulations, maintaining a clean workspace, and inspecting equipment.
3. Problem-Solving: Identifying process improvements and collaborating with logistics/procurement teams to solve operational issues.

Store Supervisor Requirement

1. Spm, diploma or a degree in business or retail management is often preferred.
2. Previous work in a retail environment, ideally in a lead or supervisory role.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role
4. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team
5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
6. Proficient in inventory management and data analysis
7. Familiarity with retail operations, including point-of-sale systems and merchandising
8. A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
9. Strong communication, problem-solving, and basic computer
