About the role
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall daily operations of FantasyWorld at SM Iloilo, ensuring excellent guest service, safe operations, effective team management, and achievement of business targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise, coach, and motivate Team Leaders and Service Crew
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, manpower deployment, and performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor play areas and attractions to ensure guest safety and proper implementation of safety procedures
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and operational concerns professionally
- Monitor sales, cashiering, POS transactions, and cash handling procedures
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring proper usage and availability
- Ensure the store maintains proper cleanliness, sanitation, grooming, and visual standards
- Monitor equipment and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance
