The Team Leader / Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store,ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, leading and developingthe team, and achieving sales and operational goals. This role serves as the bridge betweenmanagement and store staff, ensuring company standards, policies, and procedures areconsistently followed.Duties and Responsibiliti

QUALIFICATION:
-At least Bachelor's / College Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management / Hospitality Management.
-At least 2-3 years experience in Restaurant Operation.
-With pleasing personality.
-Must be flexible in time, place, and can work under pressure.
-Willing to be assigned and transfer to other store if needed.
-Must have a strong inventory management skills.
-Must be customer service oriented and with positive disposition.
-Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
-With Medical (Basic 5, Hepa B, & Drug test) and Health Certificate.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Provides excellent customer service at all times.
-Create detailed reports.
-Create Operational cost.
-Coordinating daily restaurant management operations.
-Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation.
-Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
