Store Supervisor

• Ensure proper receiving, inspection, storage and issue of materials.
• Verify materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans and other documents.
• Ensure materials are stored systematically with proper identification and location tagging.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards inside the stores.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of critical materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards and system entries.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification.
• Identify shortages, excess stock, slow-moving and non-moving materials.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies.
• Issue materials to Production, Maintenance and other departments against authorized material requests.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
• Control material movement and prevent unauthorized issues.
• Maintain proper documentation for all material transactions.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Production and Logistics teams for material receipts.
• Ensure incoming materials are properly recorded and transferred to the appropriate storage location.
• Coordinate return of rejected, excess or unused materials.
• Maintain records for material transfers between locations/units.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly Stores MIS reports.

• Ensure timely and accurate ERP/system transactions.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits.
• Coordinate with Purchase, PPC, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Finance and HR for stores-related requirements.
• Support Production and PPC teams by ensuring timely availability of required materials.
• Follow up on pending materials and critical shortages.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
