Signature Lines, Inc. is an SM Retail affiliate company operating Levi's stores within SM.

Job Summary:

The Store Supervisor is the Store Head and is responsible for assisting the Area Manager through effective store administration to achieve a smooth day-to-day operations and efficient customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee daily branch/store operations

• Drive sales performance and help the team achieve targets

• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the concerned team

• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction

• Maintain store safety, security, and operational compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate of any 4-year course is an advantage

• With supervisory experience in fashion retail industry

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Goal-driven, organized, and customer-focused
