Store Supervisor

JOB DUTIES:

• Daily, weekly and Monthly Sales Reporting.
• Daily monitoring and inventory of products.
• Preparation and periodic submission of Sales Report, Inventory Report and Pull Out Report
• Maintain the display of products in a secure, orderly and appealing manner.
• Receive product deliveries.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• College degree in business administratio, sales, marketing, commerce, or a related field is commonly required.
• 1 to 5 years of working experience in retail operations, sales, or team leadership.
• Familiarity with daily store opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and reconciliation
• Experience monitoring stock levels, conducting inventory counts, and handling deliveries.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory software, and basic office spreadsheets (Excel/Word).
• Strong communication, customer service resolution, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work in Spyder -SM North Edsa/Outlet Store.
