Store Supervisor

We're Hiring : Supervisor Stores

Company: Arrow Greentech Ltd.

Location: Ankleshwar GIDC, Gujarat

CTC: 3.5 - 5 LPA (depending on experience and interview performance)

Experience: 5-7 years in Stores/Warehouse Operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Arrow Greentech Ltd. operates in flexible packaging and specialty materials, including water-soluble films and related manufacturing technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily stores and warehouse operations, including material receipt, storage and issuance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stock matches ERP/Tally records.
• Coordinate with production for timely material availability.
• Handle raw materials, chemicals, inks, adhesives, consumables and packing materials.
• Conduct stock audits, reconciliation and inventory documentation.
• Ensure secure material handling, authorized access and proper tracking of restricted materials.
• Supervise stores staff and follow safety, storage and loss-prevention procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant materials-management qualifications are an advantage.
• 5- 7 years of stores/warehouse experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, especially in pharmaceuticals, chemicals or similar regulated industries.
• Practical knowledge of ERP, Tally, inventory management, FIFO/FEFO and stock reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail, leadership, documentation and confidentiality.
• Must be willing to undergo background and security verification.
