Store Supervisor

• Coordinate and supervise receiving and warehousing procedures
• Control inventory levels and ensure availability of material during emergencies
• Keep detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications etc.
• Assist in forecasting to plan future orders
• Implementing measures to control stock damages, theft, and wastage.
• Monitoring the shelves stock and product displays and the general appearance of the store
• Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labelling supplies
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to purchase department for corrective action
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
• Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures in the store
• Supervise, evaluate, and coach subordinates
• Maintain relationships and negotiate with suppliers Requirements:
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to read and write well in English
• Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
• Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices followed in a store
• Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations
• A confident and determined approach
• Excellent organizational & time management skills
• Team player

Qualification

• Graduate/Post Graduate (Preferably with a management degree)
• 5-6 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
