Store Supervisor

• Manage day-to-day store operations for raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and finished goods (FG).
• Ensure proper receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) procedures wherever applicable.
• Ensure timely issuance of materials to production and other departments against authorized requisitions.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess stock, damaged materials, and discrepancies.
• Maintain proper material identification, storage conditions, housekeeping, and inventory documentation.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth material movement.
• Support periodic physical stock verification and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable quality and safety standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills: Inventory management, store operations, stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO practices, documentation, MS Excel, and team coordination.

Experience: Proven experience in store or inventory management within the Food Processing Industry or FMCG sector.
