Store Supervisor

About the role

This is a field-oriented position assisting the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of store branches. The successful candidate will help ensure that store branches are operating efficiently and that company policies and standards are consistently followed. The successful candidate must be willing to travel to different branches and warehouses for store visits, operational audits, monitoring, and coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Reporting to the General Manager in managing and monitoring the daily operations of the store branches they are assigned
• Conduct regular branch and warehouse visits, inspections, and operational audits
• Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Check store conditions, including cleanliness, organization, inventory handling, documentation, and overall operations
• Assist in monitoring sales, inventory, manpower, attendance, and other operational concerns
• Identify operational issues and coordinate with concerned personnel to address them promptly
• Prepare and submit branch audit reports, observations, and recommendations
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and follow up on pending operational concerns
• Coordinate with Branch Heads, Store Staff, Warehouse Personnel, HR, and other departments to resolve operational issues
• Assist in ensuring proper handling, movement, storage, and accountability of company products and assets
