STORE SUPERVISOR

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, supervising staff, and implementing company policies and procedures. The role also involves assisting the Store Manager in meeting sales targets and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities Operations Management

Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and safety

regulations.

Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, orderliness, and display standards.

Oversee cash handling, sales transactions, and proper documentation.

Staff Supervision

Assign tasks and responsibilities to store staff.

Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, guidance, and feedback.

Assist in scheduling work shifts to ensure adequate staffing.

Support training and development of store employees.

Customer Service

Ensure excellent customer service is delivered by all staff.

Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.

Promote customer satisfaction and retention.

Inventory & Sales

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Store Manager for replenishment.

Ensure proper inventory control and minimise losses due to damages or theft.

Assist in achieving sales targets and implementing promotional activities.

Generate sales and inventory reports as required.
