About the Role

As a Muzz Buzz Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role within the store. You’ll support daily operations, lead by example on shift, and ensure every customer receives the fast, friendly service we’re known for.

This is a hands-on position. You will be in the store, driving performance, maintaining standards, and developing your team in a drive-through-only environment where speed and consistency are critical.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

· Lead and supervise team members during shifts to ensure smooth store operations.

· Maintain high standards of coffee quality, food safety, and customer service.

· Ensure all Muzz Buzz policies and procedures are followed consistently.

· Support training and development of new and existing team members.

· Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash management and reporting.

· Manage workflow during peak trade and ensure service times are met.

· Address customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.

· Assist with stock control and daily operational tasks.

What we’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is:

· Experienced in hospitality, with proven supervisory or leadership experience.

· Confident managing a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Skilled in coffee preparation and passionate about quality.

· Cool, calm, and decisive under pressure.

· Highly organised, reliable, and accountable.

· A strong communicator who leads by example.

· Flexible and available to work early mornings, weekends, and peak periods.

Previous barista experience is essential. Previous supervisory experience in hospitality is highly regarded.

Availability

This role offers:

· A rotating roster across 7 days.

· Shifts commencing as early as 4:45 AM.

· Flexible hours depending on availability and business needs.

Pay: $26.49 – $37.84 per hour
