Role Description The Store Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Olongapo. This role oversees daily store operations, including staff scheduling, task delegation, and monitoring store performance. The Store Supervisor ensures consistent customer service standards, supports sales targets, and maintains proper merchandising, inventory levels, and store cleanliness. Responsibilities include coaching and guiding team members, handling customer concerns, coordinating with management on store initiatives, and enforcing company policies and procedures. The role also involves monitoring cash handling, preparing basic reports, and supporting promotional activities to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and manage store teams effectively.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to coordinate with staff, management, and customers.
• Proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the capacity to address concerns and enhance the customer experience.
• Previous retail or store operations experience, preferably in hardware, home improvement, or related sectors.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, merchandising standards, and point-of-sale operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and reliability in handling responsibilities.
• Relevant vocational or college education in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage.
