Store Supervisor

About the role

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring sales targets are achieved, maintaining proper inventory management, providing excellent customer service, and supervising store personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities and ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures
• Monitor store cleanliness, organization, product displays, and overall store readiness
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets
• Implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and improve productivity
• Guide and motivate sales personnel to maximize sales opportunities
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory replenishment
• Ensure accurate receiving, releasing, and recording of merchandise
• Supervise, coach, and monitor the performance of store personnel

About you

• Ability to monitor cashiering activities, cash handling, and daily sales reports
• Ability to ensure accurate and timely submission of store reports and required documentation
• Ability to monitor store expenses and ensure proper use of company resources
• Ability to ensure compliance with company policies on cash handling, inventory control, safety, and security
• Ability to monitor adherence to established procedures and internal controls
• Ability to report suspected theft, fraud, misconduct, and other irregularities promptly
