Store Supervisor

• Inventory Management
• Manage and maintain inventory of raw materials, finished goods, semi-finished goods, consumables and packing materials.
• Ensure accurate stock records and maintain proper stock levels.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and avoid stock shortages or excess inventory.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Material Receipt and Issue
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery challans and invoices.
• Coordinate with the Quality Department for material inspection and acceptance.
• Ensure proper material identification, labelling, storage and traceability.
• Issue materials to Production and other departments against authorized requests.
• ERP and Documentation
• Ensure timely and accurate ERP entries for material receipts, issues, transfers and stock adjustments.
• Maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock registers, rejection records and other stores documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports.
• Maintain records for rejected, damaged, obsolete and excess materials.
• Coordination with Departments
• Coordinate with Purchase for material availability, shortages and pending purchase orders.
• Work closely with PPC and Production to ensure uninterrupted material supply.
• Coordinate with Quality regarding rejected materials and inspection status.
• Coordinate with Dispatch and Finished Goods stores for packing, stock availability and dispatch requirements.
• Warehouse Management
• Ensure proper storage, identification and systematic arrangement of materials.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO wherever applicable and ensure material traceability.
• Keep the stores area clean, organized and safe.
• Implement 5S practices and follow applicable safety procedures.
• Team Management
• Supervise stores assistants, helpers and material handlers.
• Allocate daily work and monitor team performance.
• Ensure discipline, productivity and adherence to stores procedures.
• Stock Control and Reporting
• Identify slow-moving, non-moving and obsolete inventory.
• Investigate stock mismatches and implement corrective actions.
• Support internal audits, inventory audits and management reporting.
• Take measures to minimize material loss, damage and inventory discrepancies.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
