Location: Eyre Square Shopping Centre, Galway, Ireland
Salary: €15.50 per hour + Rewarding Bonus Structure

Miramira Jewellery in Eyre Square Shopping Centre, Galway are a renowned brand known for high-quality, timeless pieces, we’re looking for a passionate, results-driven Store Supervisor to support our leadership team, motivate our staff, and deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor.

About the Role:
As the Store Supervisor, you will be the driving force on our shop floor, working closely with management to ensure daily operational excellence. You will lead by example, coach a dynamic team, maintain impeccable store standards, and ensure that our customers have a memorable shopping experience while achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team on a daily basis to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
• Oversee daily floor operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and till reconciliation.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring an inviting, premium store environment at all times.
• Support stock management, assisting with inventory levels, stock counts, and processing deliveries.
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, resolving floor issues and building lasting customer relationships.
• Assist with staff training on the floor to maintain a knowledgeable, high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies during your shifts.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a supervisor, team lead, or senior sales assistant in retail (experience in jewellery or fashion is a major plus).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills with a passion for motivating people on the floor.
• Excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset focused on achieving targets.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high store standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• A passion for fashion, a good eye for style and an understanding of the jewellery industry is a plus.
