Store Supervisor

Core Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Build work schedules, assign daily duties, train new hires, and coach team members.
• Customer Service: Resolve escalated complaints, process returns, and ensure a high standard of client care.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, handle deliveries, conduct stock checks, and reorder products.
• Store Operations: Open and close the store, manage cash registers, and enforce safety and cleanliness rules.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain store displays, promotional signage, and layout standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: A college degree or a high school diploma with relevant retail experience.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of background in retail, sales, or team supervision.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, basic math/accounting, point-of-sale (POS) proficiency, and problem-solving.

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
