Store Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Responsible on the achievement of store / area sales target.
• Supervise & make sure daily operational is running smoothly & align with the SOP.
• Ensure all administration, reporting & cash deposit were done perfectly.
• Conduct store briefing & staff training (product knowledge, sales analysis, market share, competitor analysis).
• Training & coaching store staff team to do service as SOP given, increase product knowledge, great service to customer and become great team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/Bachelor's degree in any field
• Experienced as a Store Supervisor, at least 2 years in the same position
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work toward sales targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel – Word - Powerpoint
• Maximal 28 years old
