You'll play a key role in driving sales, developing team capability and keeping daily operations running smoothly. Whether your strengths lie in customer experience and sales or stock management and operations, there's room to play to your strengths while building your leadership skills across the store.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead from the front, driving sales, customer engagement and exceptional service.
• Motivate, coach and support team members to achieve individual and store targets.
• Keep store operations on track, from replenishment and stock management to visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a polished store environment and consistently high service standards.
• Partner with Assistant Store Managers and senior leaders to deliver strong commercial results.
• Step up when needed, take ownership and help create a positive, high-energy team culture.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 1-2 years' experience in retail supervision, team leadership or a similar role.
• Experience across customer-facing retail and/or store operations.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• A hands-on leadership style with strong communication and people skills.
• A proactive attitude, commercial awareness and a genuine desire to grow.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekdays and weekends.
