What they need
- Help manage daily store operations and sales performance
- Support and guide store staff, including hiring and training promoters
- Ensure store procedures and standards are followed
- Monitor inventory and keep the store organized and well-displayed
- Help maintain good customer service, including after-sales support
- Make sure store processes meet company standards
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in store or team management
- Experience in the telecom/telco industry is a plus but not required
- Experience in the fashion/retail/clothing industry is a plus but not required
- Must have a Bachelor's degree
- Willing to work onsite
