Store Supervisor - Operations

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and staff performance.
• Lead, motivate, and support the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain food quality standards.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and overall store performance.
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and daily task assignments.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure proper cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and adherence to work standards.
• Coordinate with management regarding store operations and employee concerns.
• Perform other duties related to store operations as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in restaurant, food service, retail, or similar operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledgeable in inventory monitoring, sales monitoring, and staff scheduling.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, organized, and hardworking.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Flexible, adaptable, and willing to relocate if required.
• Willing to undergo training to our Yappari Steak Manila Branch.

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
