Store Supervisor - Operations

Industry: Bakeshop / Retail Food Operations

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, or related course preferred.
• College graduates or candidates with relevant supervisory experience may be considered.

Work Experience

• At least 1-2 years of experience in bakery, restaurant, retail, food service, or similar operations.
• Experience in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service is an advantage.

Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of daily bakeshop/branch operations.
• Good understanding of sales targets and branch performance.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock monitoring, wastage, and product handling.
• Knowledge of proper cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.
• Good customer service and complaint-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
