Store Supervisor

• College Graduate of any 4 year course
• With knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• With Strong & Pleasing personality
• Responsible for the sales operation of the stores
• At least 1 to 2 years relevant retail working experience

The Store Supervisor activities include:

- Overseeing employees, to look for high levels of customer service, training sales assistants and dealing with sale queriesPerforms cashiering functions smoothly and in a standard manner.

• Responsible in cash handling i.e. cash sales, change & petty cash funds.Performs and ensures accurate and regular physical count.

• Implements high standards of customer service within the store.

• Implements display and visual merchandising to enhance sales at all times.

• Creates a safe working environment for employees and customers through ensuring Health and Safety regulations and guidelines are adhered to.

• Adheres to pest control procedures.

-Ensures store security, concerning stock and money, policies and procedures are complied with.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bacoor, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Store Supervisory: 2 years (Preferred)
