Store Support Staff

Store Support Staff is responsible for searching, developing, and establishing new household and commercial accounts and regaining lost accounts to meet the company's goals and targets. Assist in conducting market research to help formulate strategies to improve distribution and sales volume.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help stores with sales and marketing activities.
• Assist with saturation drives and competitor price surveys.
• Guide franchise staff in following proper store processes.
• Assist in training new store personnel.
• Provide manpower support when stores are short-staffed.
• Assist customers and process sales transactions.
• Deliver products as a rider when needed.
• Help check and organize store documents.
• Perform other store support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• College level or undergraduate.
• Experience in sales, retail, or store operations is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and work in different store locations.
• Flexible and willing to perform different tasks.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• With a professional driver's license with RC A, A1 is required.
