Job Description:

The Store Systems is responsible for identifying, analyzing and delivering systems solutions to support TJ Maxx and Marshalls (Marmaxx) store teams. This requires partnership with the Stores, Field Leadership, IT and various Home Office Departments to build solutions that will meet the Company’s strategic and operational needs. The team oversees the evaluation and implementation of the System changes, development, upgrades, and rollouts. While working to ensure functionality streamlines tasks to increase Associate/Store leadership experience, ensure a safe and secure tech environment in store, and improve customer satisfaction impacted by tech touchpoints. The team strives to be data driven, yet people first, decision makes to determine the best way to empower our stores to serve customers today. While also keeping an eye on the ever-advancing tech landscape to determine how our stores will operate into the future. What this Co-op could look like based on continuous improvement and upcoming projects:

• Analysis of current reporting delivery methods in store and determination of future roadmap
• Review of the current processes for ordering, selling and financial follow up of the Marmaxx Beverage program
• Determine the best practices and requirements for a “one TJX” Cash office solution
• Evaluating store needs vs the current strategy for deployed Mobile devices and workstation hardware in store to find the balance to ensure stores can run their business
• Determination of business use cases for and ROI of enabling Wi-Fi in store to support the Marmaxx mobile device strategy in store
• Assist in managing the business requirements and execution plan for the technical roadmaps for store infrastructure and network projects
• Advocating for Marmaxx stores in Prioritization activities with other business divisions and IT Who we are looking for:
• Interest in retail store operations and technology systems
• Previous work experience in a retail store preferred!
• Excellent relationship development skills and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent presentation and verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivator and must have the ability to prioritize projects
• Demonstrated experience in a multi-tasked environment
• Previous experience with project management preferred!
