Store Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily service operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, schedule, train, and evaluate employees.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor expenses.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues.
• Train staff on food handling, customer service, and safety procedures.
• Identify operational needs and implement improvements.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in food service operations.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience in inventory management.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
• Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Must be willing to handle store locations of NAIA Terminal 1 and Luxe Mall Pasay

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
