Store Team Member

Join our Melt N Dip team as a Store Team Member! We’re looking for friendly, reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working with customers and being part of a fast-paced team.

This is a paid position + tips, giving you the opportunity to earn additional income while developing valuable customer service and food-service experience.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Take customer orders and operate the POS/register accurately.
• Handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
• Prepare menu items according to store standards and recipes.
• Keep workstations, counters, equipment, dining areas, and other store areas clean and organized.
• Restock ingredients, supplies, sauces, fruits, packaging, and other items as needed.
• Help monitor inventory and notify management when products or supplies are running low.
• Recommend menu items, add-ons, and promotions to customers.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and store procedures.
• Complete opening and/or closing duties as assigned.
• Work together with the team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with other store responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using a POS/register and handling cash.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to follow instructions, recipes, and store procedures.
• Previous restaurant, dessert shop, café, or retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be willing to clean, restock, prepare orders, and assist wherever needed.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is preferred.

Compensation

Hourly Pay + Tips

Team members are eligible to receive tips in addition to their hourly pay.
