Store / Trims

• Receive trims and accessories such as sewing threads, buttons, zippers, labels, tags, elastic, drawstrings, tapes, interlining, packing materials, and other garment accessories.
• Verify received materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, invoices, and supplier documents.
• Check quantity, quality, colour, size, specifications, and buyer requirements.
• Coordinate with the Quality Department for material inspection and approval.
• Report shortages, excess quantities, damaged materials, and quality discrepancies to the concerned department.
• Maintain inward and outward registers, stock registers, material requisitions, return records, and stock reconciliation reports.
• Update inventory records in Excel or the company's inventory management software.
• Maintain buyer-wise, style-wise, and order-wise material consumption and stock details.
• Keep purchase orders, delivery challans, inspection reports, and other relevant documents properly filed.
• Needs to order labels and other accessories from local market , china etc.
• Take care of the fabric store .
• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate; relevant store management or inventory training preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a garment or textile manufacturing store preferred.
• Experience in handling garment trims and accessories will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel, is required.
• Knowledge of inventory management, BOM, stock reconciliation, and material documentation is preferred.
• VG knowledge .

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
