Role Overview:

We are hiring a Visual Merchandising Associate to create engaging store displays, interior layouts, and merchandising presentations that enhance the customer shopping experience. This role combines creativity, product knowledge, merchandising execution, and collaboration with store teams to support sales and store presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute visual merchandising strategies, store layouts, seasonal transitions, and product displays for furniture, lighting, accessories, and related merchandise.

• Regularly update displays, signage, point-of-sale materials, floor layouts, and product placement to maximize presentation and sell-through.

• Maintain store interior and exterior appearance, complete recovery activities, and coordinate lighting, fixtures, paint, flooring, and other maintenance needs.

• Receive and prepare accessory merchandise, coordinate tagging and showroom placement, support inventory processes, and maintain visual merchandising standards.

• Collaborate with store management and associates, mentor staff on merchandising practices, maintain product and trend knowledge, and complete assigned tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Two years of retail visual merchandising experience preferred, ideally in home furnishings.

• Associate degree in interior design, merchandising, or equivalent relevant work experience preferred.

• Ability to regularly lift objects over 50 lbs. and transport loads up to 100 lbs. as required for the role.

• Strong teamwork, communication, organization, reliability, and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.
