Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service through active communication and friendly phone etiquette
• Assist customers with product inquiries, locate items, and offer upselling opportunities to enhance their shopping experience
• Maintain store organization by restocking shelves, arranging merchandise attractively, and ensuring cleanliness
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while managing cash and card payments
• Support merchandising efforts by setting up displays, checking inventory levels, and organizing stockrooms
• Manage time effectively to complete daily tasks efficiently while prioritizing customer needs
• Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate store activities and ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and team members
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts
• Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain store presentation
• Ability to multitask effectively in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail

• Friendly phone etiquette for handling inquiries and assisting remote customers or vendors
