Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Storehand to part of logistics and warehouse teams.

The ideal candidate require to assist and support daily logistic and warehouse activities. All activities

are to be performed in accordance with ISO-13485 guidelines and are supported by departmental

and inter-departmental policies and standard operating procedures. Candidates should enjoy

working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, and be prepared to tackle a broad selection

of challenges as the company grows.

Key responsibilities include:

● Assist daily warehouse and logistics activities, including receiving, proper storage and

organization of products to maximize warehouse space and minimize the risk of inventory

loss.

● Adhere to strict procedures for handling and storing materials to avoid contamination,

especially for medical devices or components that require a controlled environment.

● Follow First In, First Out (FIFO) methods to prevent expired or obsolete stock from being

used, particularly for materials that may have an expiration date.

● Monitor the movement of goods entering and leaving the warehouse by verifying the

quantity, quality, and condition of received goods, cross-checking them against delivery

notes or packing slips

● Immediately report any identified discrepancies, damages, or non-conforming items to

the supervisor.

● Regularly perform stock checks and report discrepancies to ensure that inventory records

are accurate and up-to-date. This includes verifying the traceability of materials and products.

● Perform picking, packing, and shipping products efficiently, ensuring orders are processed

on time.

● Follow safety regulations and procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free

warehouse or storage area. This ensures compliance with ISO 13485 and relevant health

and safety regulations.Requirements

● Minimum SPM / O Level

● Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience as a Storehand, preferably within a manufacturing

environment, preferably within the medical device industry.

● Good command / understanding of English

● Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects or inconsistencies.
