In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Perform daily stockroom activities, including receiving, locating, retrieving, and issuing raw materials and finished goods.
• Arrange and store materials according to approved procedures.
• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly cycle counts.
• Report any inventory or warehouse discrepancies promptly to the person in charge.
• Operate and perform daily inspections of material-handling equipment such as reach trucks and forklifts.
• Load raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods according to requirements.
• Update material movements accurately in the company business system.
• Maintain good 5S and safety practices within the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as required to support warehouse and logistics operations.

• You are safety-conscious and follow established warehouse procedures.
• You are organized and pay attention to inventory accuracy and material handling.
• You take accountability for your work and promptly highlight discrepancies.
• You collaborate effectively with Production, Quality, Shipping, and other teams.
• You are willing to learn and support changing operational requirements

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Completed SPM or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Ability to handle material-handling equipment such as reach trucks and forklifts.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good quality awareness and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Understanding of ISO 9001 requirements related to store operations.
• Experience operating material-handling equipment such as reach trucks, stackers, and lift trucks.
• Previous experience in warehouse, store, inventory, or manufacturing logistics operations.
