About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Storehand to join our warehousing and distribution team at Pan Asian Dairies Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan. As a Storehand, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and organisation of our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are stored, handled, and distributed safely and accurately. This position is essential to supporting our supply chain objectives and delivering excellent service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving, checking and recording incoming goods and materials into the warehouse system
• Organising and storing products in designated locations, ensuring proper labelling and inventory management
• Picking and packing orders in accordance with customer requirements and quality standards
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and other machinery safely and competently
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with stock counts and audits
• Loading and unloading vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and compliant with health and safety regulations
• Identifying and reporting damaged or defective goods promptly
• Assisting with general warehouse maintenance and housekeeping tasks
• Following all company policies, procedures and safety protocols at all times

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working in a warehouse, storage or distribution environment is preferred
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy items
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer literacy
• Knowledge of forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and inventory management
• Excellent time management and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Commitment to health and safety standards and compliance with warehouse procedures
• Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude towards work
• Ability to follow instructions and take direction from supervisory staff
