Key Aspects of General Administration

• Manage daily store administration, inventory records, sales data, and operational documentation.
• Maintain and update store databases to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Use SQL queries to retrieve, filter, update, and analyze store-related data.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using SQL and Excel.
• Monitor inventory, stock movements, sales transactions, and discrepancies.
• Perform data validation and identify errors or inconsistencies in store records.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, finance, and IT teams to resolve data and operational issues.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and provide data insights to management when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Support system/data-related tasks and assist with troubleshooting when necessary.

Preferred Candidate

• SPM, Diploma or a related field, or equivalent qualification with relevant work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in administration, retail operations, inventory, or data-related work.
• Candidates with stronger SQL/database knowledge will have an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
