About the Role

Artisan Gourmet Foodstuff Trading LLC is looking for a reliable and organized Storekeeper to manage our warehouse and inventory operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in foodstuff/FMCG or a similar warehouse environment and be comfortable handling stock records, receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods against LPOs, invoices, and delivery documents.

• Check quantities, product condition, batch numbers, and expiry dates.

• Properly arrange and store products according to storage requirements.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements.

• Prepare and issue goods against approved requests/orders.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, and discrepancies.

• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile differences.

• Follow FIFO/FEFO principles, especially for food products.

• Maintain proper warehouse cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.

• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, accounts, and delivery teams.

• Ensure proper handling of chilled, frozen, and ambient products.

• Maintain all warehouse documentation and records.

• Follow company food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Storekeeper/Warehouse Storekeeper, preferably in foodstuff or FMCG.

• Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.

• Basic computer skills; experience with inventory/POS/ERP systems is an advantage.

• Good understanding of FIFO/FEFO.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.

• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse activities.

• UAE experience is preferred.
