Storekeeper (can speak mandarin)

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
• Organize and maintain stock in the store/warehouse.
• Issue materials and goods according to authorized requests.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with stock reconciliation.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods.
• Prepare stock reports and inventory documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and other departments regarding stock requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Can Speak/Write/Read in Malay, English and Chinese
• Previous experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, hardworking, punctual, and physically fit.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
