What they need
- Manage and supervise warehouse activities, including picking, packing and delivery operations.
- Supervise pickers, drivers and assistant drivers to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.
- Ensure all daily picking lists are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and routing, including third-party transporters.
- Ensure picking, packing and delivery processes are carried out accurately and without errors.
- Maintain good discipline, teamwork and work standards within the warehouse.
- Conduct and manage monthly stock counts and ensure inventory records are accurate.
- Maintain the warehouse in a clean, organised and safe condition.
- Manage expired, damaged and rejected stock for return to suppliers.
- Ensure the safety of warehouse personnel, stock and equipment.
- Monitor stock movement and ensure proper storage and handling of products.
- Coordinate with related departments, including the Invoicing and Sales teams, to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
