Job Summary:GISS – Gift Station Trading is looking for a responsible and organized Storekeeper to manage the company’s inventory, ensure proper storage of materials and products, and maintain accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods and materials.
• Check quantities and items against invoices and delivery documents.
• Store products and materials properly and maintain an organized warehouse.
• Issue materials and products to different departments based on approved requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock or damaged items to management.
• Conduct regular stock counts and physical inventory checks.
• Record incoming and outgoing stock accurately.
• Ensure all items are properly labeled and stored.
• Coordinate with the production, purchasing, accounting, and sales teams.
• Prepare stock requisitions and inventory reports when required.
• Monitor damaged, missing, or returned items and report discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the storage area.
• Follow company procedures for receiving, storing, and issuing inventory.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role is preferred.
• Experience in inventory management is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of stock control and warehouse procedures.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to handle and move stock when required.
• Honest, reliable, responsible, and punctual.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred:Experience in a retail, trading, garment, printing, or production company is an advantage.
