What they need
Key Responsibilities
.Receive and inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents
.Record all inventory transactions (receipts, issues, transfers) accurately in the system (SAP)
.Store items properly based on classification, safety, and accessibility
.Issue materials based on approved requests while maintaining proper documentation
.Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess items
.Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure regular stock reconciliation
.Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and support stock audits
.dentify slow-moving, obsolete, and expired items and report accordingly
.Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
.Coordinate with procurement, planning, and other departments regarding stock availability
.Manage stock transfers between warehouses when required
Requirements :
.Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, or a related field
.Experience: 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with proven .experience using SAP (ERP system).
.Computer: Very Good
.English: Good
Pay: E£1.00 - E£2.00 per month
Work Location: In person
