A leading manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Storekeeper to join our Warehouse Team and ensure accurate, organized, and efficient inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials and verify quantities against documents.
• Handle receiving, issuing, and transferring materials according to approved procedures.
• Organize and store materials properly while ensuring their safety and accessibility.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements on the system.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile actual quantities with system balances.
• Prepare and deliver material requests to different departments.
• Monitor damaged, slow-moving, and obsolete items.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Prepare accurate inventory and stock movement reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Commerce, Logistics, or a related field .
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel .
• Strong understanding of receiving, issuing, stock control, and inventory counting.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and teamwork.
