Goods Inwards
Receive deliveries of any kind of goods, check quantity and quality, investigate discrepancies, record receipt and store tidily in the assigned stock location. Pass on paperwork to the Admin & Logistics Officer

Order fulfillment
Pick and pack customer orders
Assembly/Customizing of products (under supervision and guidance Warehouse Manager)
Dispatch orders with appropriate paperwork (packing list, delivery note)
Contact freight forwarder/courier and confirm pickup and delivery schedule

Inventory Control and Stocktaking
Ensures that all inventory items are properly identified and readily accessible for efficient and effective order processing
Monthly stock taking of all goods (last day of the month) and accurate counting and recording of the quantities

Housekeeping
Keep warehouse and outside forecourts tidy incl. gangways clear and litter removal

Provides general assistance to the teams and other duties as required
