Job Description

Euro Systems LLC is looking for a reliable and organized Store Keeper to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and issuance of materials for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and deliveries.
• Store materials safely and systematically.
• Issue materials to project sites and departments as per approved requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards within the store.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in the construction, aluminum, façade, or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Experience using ERP systems or inventory management software is preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Experience in the GCC is preferred.
• Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
