What they need
- Posting of store requests/issuances from the Storeroom to the department concerned.
- Posting of purchases from suppliers from receiving a report
- Take month-end physical inventories. (General storeroom, F&B Storeroom, and outlets)
- Received all deliveries in good condition and checked the quality, quantity, and unit cost specified in the Daily Market List and/or Purchase Order
- Assist Property Inventory and tagging of all furniture fixtures and equipment of the Hotel.
- Record daily receiving summary and follow up on the undelivered items immediately.
- Follow up on the outstanding orders with the tracing system; so that the goods can be received on time or possibly be earlier.
- Inspect the goods immediately upon delivery of the quantity and quality.
- Any goods leaving the hotel such as returnable containers must be registered and verified.
- Keep the cleanliness of the receiving area
- Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include, but not be limited to, the following areas and activities. At the management's discretion, direction may be given for the tasks outside the scope of work described.
- Authorizing the deliveries of goods to the hotel.
- Compare the invoice or receiving record accompanying the goods against the purchase order and see the quality and description are the same.
- Organize the goods delivery to the General Stores or to the direct issuance to the department concerned.
- Keep copies of the acknowledgment receipts from the respective department.
- Input/record the daily receiving data system.
- Record daily receiving summary and follow up on the undelivered items immediately.
- Follow up the outstanding orders with a tracing system; so that the goods can be received on time or possibly be earlier.
- Inspect the goods immediately upon delivery of the quantity and quality.
- Any goods leaving the hotel such as returnable containers must be registered and verified.
- Keep the cleanliness of the receiving area.
