Storekeeper

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Check quantities, quality, expiry dates, and condition of products.
• Properly store and organize food, beverages, packaging, and supplies using FIFO.
• Issue stock to departments based on approved requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damaged, expired, or near-expiry items.
• Maintain clean, hygienic, organized, and safe storage areas.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for chilled, frozen, and dry products.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts, Kitchen, and Operations regarding deliveries and stock requirements.
• Maintain stock-related documentation and report discrepancies promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous warehouse or storekeeping experience is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year relevant Storekeeper experience, preferably in F&B.
• Knowledge of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, and stock handling.
• Physically fit and able to lift or handle stock and deliveries, carry, and move goods as required.
• Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and responsible.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
• Basic reading, writing, and counting skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain an organized work area.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
