Job Title: Store Keeper

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Store Keeper to manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of construction materials, tools, and equipment. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a construction company and good knowledge of warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect materials, tools, and equipment delivered to the site or warehouse.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare material requests when required.
• Issue materials to site teams based on approved requests.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation, including GRNs, material issue records, and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, and Accounts departments.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials.
• Follow company procedures and health & safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper in a construction company in the UAE.
• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Good inventory and documentation skills.
• Basic computer skills, especially MS Excel.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• UAE experience is required.
