Alpha Aviation Group Philippines is looking for a Storekeeper to support aircraft maintenance operations through accurate inventory management, timely material issuance, and proper control of aircraft parts and supplies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, inspect, store, identify, and issue aircraft parts, materials, tools, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements using the Resource Management System (RMS).
• Process material requisitions and ensure timely delivery of materials for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Verify incoming parts and materials against purchase requirements and required airworthiness documentation.
• Maintain records of Certificates of Conformance (COC), Authorized Release Certificates (ARC), and other required documentation.
• Ensure proper traceability, storage, segregation, and documentation of aircraft parts and materials.
• Support stock counts, inventory audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Coordinate with Store Room, Material Planning, Procurement, and Aircraft Maintenance personnel.
• Report inventory shortages, discrepancies, and material concerns promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT), Aircraft Maintenance Specialist (AMS), Aeronautical Engineering, or a related aviation course.
• Experience in parts receiving, storage, issuance, stock control, or inventory management is preferred.
• Knowledge of aircraft parts identification and inventory management is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, databases, and presentation applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and inventory control skills.
