STOREKEEPER

Job Purpose:

To ensure efficient inventory management by accurately receiving, recording, organizing, and dispatching stock while maintaining compliance with quality standards and inventory protocols.

Key Role Responsibilities:

· Take delivery of all incoming stock and verify against purchase orders.

· Track and document discrepancies on received or outgoing orders and resolve them promptly.

· Maintain accurate inventory records, including physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.

· Keep updated records of all stock movements, including receipts, withdrawals, and returns.

· Perform packing, labelling, and arranging stock for outgoing deliveries and returns from customers.

· Manage stock rotation to ensure First Expired, First Out (FEFO) practices are followed.

· Coordinate disposal of surplus or expired inventory items.

· Ensure inbound and outbound operations comply with ISO 22000 requirements.

· Maintain organization and cleanliness in the storeroom area.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
