Storekeeper

We are looking for an experienced Storekeeper to manage and control our warehouse and material storage activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, equipment, and consumables.
• Issue materials to workshop/site teams against approved Material Requisitions / Store Requests.
• Maintain accurate records of all receipts, issues, returns, transfers, and stock balances.
• Maintain proper identification, labeling, and storage of materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with the Procurement team for replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage and preservation of steel materials, pipes, fittings, welding consumables, tools, PPE, paints, and other fabrication materials.
• Track material movement between warehouse, workshop, and project sites.
• Report shortages, damaged materials, discrepancies, and slow-moving/obsolete items.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of delivery notes, material receipts, issue vouchers, and stock records.
• Ensure the warehouse is maintained in an organized, safe, and clean condition.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, QC, Production, and Project teams.
• Perform other store and inventory-related duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in Oil & Gas, Mechanical, Steel Fabrication, or Construction.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication materials, piping materials, fittings, welding consumables, tools, and PPE.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems for inventory and warehouse management.
• Good knowledge of stock control, inventory management, GRN, material issue/return, and reconciliation.
• Good computer skills, particularly MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Ability to identify and differentiate mechanical and fabrication materials.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in ADNOC projects or Oil & Gas companies will be an advantage.
• Availability in UAE is preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
